Important Notices:

The Virtual Classroom Classes: Your certificate of completion will be posted directly to your student account after you have submitted the course evaluation form. However, some states have additional requirements (affidavits, state specific evaluations, proctored examinations). In these instances, your certificate will not be posted to your student account until the additional requirements have been met. Additionally, some states require an original signature on your certificates. In these instances your certificate will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days.

Live Classes: All certificates will be sent via Email EXCEPT for the following state (s) which require an original signature: West Virginia (Real Estate Only). If you are requesting credit for this state your certificate will be sent via standard mail delivery within 7-10 business days.

Rush service options (including UPS Overnight for an additional $20 fee per course) are available on the enrollment form or by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at 866-256-2930. Overnight services do not include Saturday Delivery. If you would like Saturday Delivery, please contact our Customer Service Representatives for availability in your area.

Important Notices:

Series Qualification Exam Prep Course Re-Take Policy/Live Classroom After successfully completing an STC exam prep course inclusive of live classroom enrollment, if the student does not obtain a passing grade on the related exam, that student may re-take the same series class, at any open enrollment live classroom location, pending availability, at no additional charge, for as many times as may be necessary as long as the re-take class is completed within one year of the original purchase. Pre-registration is required in all instances.

Series Qualification Exam Prep Course Re-Take Policy for Virtual (online) Classroom Virtual classes are available for one time participation only. If a student would like to re-take a virtual class, he or she should contact the nearest STC office to re-register. Each virtual class re-registration is subject to a Retake Fee. Any virtual class student who has not obtained a passing grade on the related series exam may attend any open enrollment at a live classroom location for the same series at no additional charge as long as the retake class is completed within one year of the original purchase. Pre-registration is required in all instances.

ACCESS TO ONLINE PRODUCTS

You will have 180 days (approximately 6 months) from your registration date to complete your Online Content. After the 180 days are up, the class is considered expired, and content will no longer be accessible.

REFUNDS/TRANSFERS

Refunds cannot be issued for purchases older than 6 months from the initial order date. When appropriate, we will issue credits or make other accommodations, such as transferring to another program.

Refunds for Returned Physical Products. Will be issued for products in sellable conditions

LIVE/LIVESTREAM SEMINAR CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS

All requests must be received in writing and signed by the registrant.

Requests Received at least 8 Weeks or Prior to the Start Date. Can receive a full refund or transfer on a space available basis. No fees will be charged.

Requests Received Less than 8 Weeks Prior to the Start Date. Fitzgerald will transfer the registration to the online version of the course. No refunds will be issued.

Note about Contact Hours (CH). It is the customer’s responsibility to not use the CH for a product more than once in a licensing/renewal term.
